Do I have to pay?

No. Breadshift is free for crew. The producer pays for the production seat, not for you.

How do I get on?

For now, by invitation from a producer or department head you've worked with.

Who sees my rate?

Only producers you've worked with, or producers you've explicitly opted in to be discoverable by. You set this on your profile.

What if I leave?

You can export your profile and timecard history at any time.
