Do I have to pay?
No. Breadshift is free for crew. The producer pays for the production seat, not for you.
How do I get on?
Right now, by invitation from a producer or department head you've worked with. Closed networks beat open marketplaces when the question is who is available Tuesday.
Who sees my rate?
Only producers you've worked with, or producers you've explicitly opted in to be discoverable by. You set this on your profile.
What if I leave?
Take your profile and your timecard history with you. We don't hold your records hostage.
